1. Introduction

Welcome to GO43. By signing up to attend events through our platform as a content creator or by working with us as an event organiser or partner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

GO43 is a platform that connects creators with free tickets to events in exchange for crowd-shot video content which may be used for promotional purposes.

2. Eligibility

To participate as a creator, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older.

  • Have a public social media profile (TikTok or Instagram) with recent content.

  • Own a smartphone capable of recording high-quality video.

3. How It Works (For Creators)

  • Apply for a listed event via the GO43 platform.

  • If accepted, you will receive free entry to the event.

  • In exchange, you agree to shoot and submit agreed content (e.g., raw footage, crowd shots, or specified moments).

  • Content must be delivered within 24 hours of the event ending via our upload link or portal.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

  • Creators retain ownership of all content they produce.

  • By submitting content to GO43, you grant GO43 and the event organiser/client a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, edit, and distribute the content for promotional and commercial use across all media.

  • You must have the rights to all submitted content and not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Code of Conduct

By attending an event through GO43, you agree to:

  • Act professionally and responsibly.

  • Respect the venue's rules and staff.

  • Not record or post any content deemed offensive, dangerous, or illegal.

  • Comply with any client brief provided prior to the event.

6. Failure to Deliver

If you fail to:

  • Attend the event, or

  • Submit content as agreed,

You may be removed from the platform and will not be eligible for future events.

7. Event Access

GO43 is not liable for any cancellations, changes in event access, or decisions made by third-party organisers. Entry is granted at the discretion of the event host.

8. Platform Use (For Partners)

  • Event organisers and labels agree to pay the agreed rate per creator and provide event access.

  • Any disputes regarding usage, delivery, or quality will be managed between GO43 and the client, not the creator directly.

9. Limitation of Liability

GO43 is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or legal issues that arise at events. We are also not liable for the quality or availability of content if creators do not deliver as agreed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
